I spent years working in the creative and digital industry in Shanghai, managing projects, clients, and deadlines.
Like many people, I began to question why work and life often felt like two separate worlds.
Moving to New Zealand gave me a different perspective.
I realised that perhaps the goal isn’t to find a perfect work-life balance, but to create a way of living where meaningful work and everyday life naturally belong together.
